A quick answer may be … I’d 1st invest myself a bit to learn some courses related to the topic. I’d go to classcentral.com and search for such courses and learn by myself to see if anything can be applied. There are ways to handle adult learners that I’ve found from classcentral such as “Study group”. There are many ways I could utilize “Study Group” to help with Adult education. Then I’d focus on overall process of the education including content creation and assessment.
